Compensation: $45–$49/hour ($82K–$89K annually)

About the OpportunityThis role is ideal for a data-driven digital marketer who thrives at the intersection of CRM, web strategy, and analytics. You’ll own targeted email campaigns end-to-end while influencing website optimization, user experience enhancements, and digital performance strategy.

What You’ll DoCRM & Campaign Execution
- Design, segment, build, test, and launch targeted email campaigns in Microsoft Dynamics
- Develop forms and workflows to enhance engagement and lead capture
- Optimize campaigns based on performance insights
Web & Digital Experience
- Partner with teams to create and update web content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Identify and recommend website enhancements that improve user experience and functionality
- Support intake and implementation of web page updates
- Ensure brand consistency and high-quality digital presence
Analytics & Optimization
- Leverage tools like Looker Studio for website reporting and performance insights
- Utilize Demandbase to support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
- Conduct SEO audits and competitive analysis using SEMrush and Google Search Console
- Translate data into actionable strategies that elevate digital performance
- Work cross-functionally with regional marketing and stakeholder teams
- Manage deliverables and timelines using Wrike
- Contribute to strategic marketing initiatives and digital innovation projects
- Brainstorm new ideas to enhance user experience and drive measurable growth
Core Experience
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Experience building and deploying email campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics
- Experience supporting web page intake and updates
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and markets
- French bilingual skills are an asset (knowledge of Canadian French regulations and translation requirements preferred)
