Role Description s: APIs| Auto Sys| Azure| Azure App Service| C| Cyber Ark| Git Hub| Git Hub Copilot| Java| Java Spring Boot| Kafka| .Net| Python| MS SQL| SAS| SQL| VBA| SFTP| and TIBCO.
Responsibilities- Provide production support to applications running on Java and handling job abends.
- Acknowledge receipt and start to investigate, diagnose, and analyze L3 application incidents.
- Cooperate with TD group for investigation, diagnosis, and analysis of L3 application incidents.
- Provide temporary solutions or permanent solutions to incidents which eliminate the root cause.
- Document and report incident progress and resolution details.
- For a Priority 1 or Priority 2 Incident, manage the incident from receipt until resolution.
- Weekend on-call support.
- Mainframe platform exposure to tools/products like JCL, PROCS, TSO, ISPF, z/OS, IBM utilities.
- Exposure to Cobol and SAS programming.
- Mainframe data structures; ability to extract/manipulate data (use of VSAM, DB2).
- SAS technology - data review, coding SAS scripts and extracting reports.
- Experience in a client support role and working on support projects to resolve tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Provide production support to applications running on Mainframes and handle job abends.
- Knowledge of ITSM Incident Management.
- Application Support & Upgrade Support;
Diagnosis and Resolution. - Experience in Java J2EE programming.
- SOAP-based web services and SQL for batch processing.
- Exposure to Spring and Hibernate.
- Unix experience.
- Experience with MKS, Struts and JSF programming.
- Acknowledge, investigate, diagnose, and analyze L3 incidents; provide root-cause solutions.
- Acknowledge receipt and start to investigate incidents; cooperate with teams as needed.
- Autosys knowledge.
- Weekend on-call readiness.
- Exposure to Mainframe tools and environments (JCL, PROCS, TSO, ISPF, z/OS, IBM utilities).
- Exposure to Cobol and SAS programming.
- Experience with SAS data review, coding SAS scripts, and report extraction.
