We're seeking RQ10140 - Systems Testing/QA Specialist - Senior for the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. This onsite role at 5700 Yonge Street, Toronto delivers comprehensive testing strategies across GUI/non-GUI environments, develops test plans/scripts/cases, and supports integration/UAT for high availability systems including telephony/radio/CAD assets across 250 business days (probable extension).

• Version control/defect management tools (Confluence, JIRA, Test Rail)
• 10+ years developing test strategies/plans/scenarios/cases + troubleshooting
• All testing types: unit/business/integration/performance/regression/load/security

• Technical Skills (40%):
  Test environment configuration; waterfall/agile testing; in-house/COTS; desktop/mobile/high availability/real-time feeds; software integration/scripting/automation
• QA Skills (40%):
  Test strategy/planning/scenario/case development; full testing spectrum; automated tools (Eggplant/Selenium asset); JIRA/Confluence/Test Rail
• Communications/Analytical (20%):
  Multi-assignment management; troubleshooting; stakeholder engagement; deadline track record

• Telephony/radio tech (IP telephony/Avaya/P25/CAD application)
• Programming language knowledge; AODA compliance; object-oriented testing
