PROJECT COORDINATOR (PMO) – 12-MONTH CONTRACT

🏢 Work Model:
Hybrid (2 Days Onsite – Subject to Increase)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst to support complex initiatives within a Commercial Lending Operations environment. This role will partner closely with senior project leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time through strong coordination, reporting, and quality assurance practices.

The ideal candidate brings deep PMO experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to produce executive-ready materials while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions
  • Capture meeting minutes, decisions, risks, and action items with follow-ups
  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status trackers, and documentation repositories
  • Support executive reporting, dashboards, and status updates
  • Review and proofread deliverables to ensure executive-ready quality
  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects
  • Support onboarding, access management, and operational project needs
  • Contribute to PMO standards, templates, and process improvement initiatives
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or similar roles
  • Experience supporting large, complex, or multi-project environments
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with collaboration and project tools (Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, Planner, Jira)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of PMO governance frameworks, templates, and reporting
  • Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and quality control skills
  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Financial services or commercial lending experience
  • Experience supporting senior project managers or PMO leaders
  • Certifications in project management or process improvement
