This position is provisionally Onsite, requiring 7.25 hours per calendar day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding breaks). Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Applications Architect to lead enterprise‑level architecture initiatives across application, technology, security, and information domains. The consultant will guide architectural best practices, and solution design for cloud, integration, Power Platform, and data architectures while supporting public‑sector modernization initiatives. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong governance knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across multiple divisions and stakeholders.

• Provide Enterprise Architecture leadership for application, technology, security, and information architecture disciplines.
• Develop and maintain architecture governance artifacts aligned to frameworks such as Zachman, TOGAF, AGP Governance, TRA, CSA, and PIA requirements.
• Architect and support Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Model‑Driven Apps, Power Automate, Azure services, Azure AD, Azure Storage, Azure Dev Ops, and Databricks.

• Deliver Enterprise Architecture artifacts, governance models, and technical standards across application, technology, information, and security domains.
• Lead architectural assessments, problem analysis, and solution recommendations for complex digital modernization initiatives.
• Produce architecture roadmaps, design patterns, and reference architectures.
• Guide development teams in applying EA standards, industry best practices, and secure integration patterns.

• 15+ years of experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks including Zachman, TOGAF, and associated governance models.
• Experience developing EA governance artifacts across application, technology, security, and information architecture domains.
• Detailed knowledge of Zachman, AGP Governance, TRA, CSA, and PIA.
• Strong technical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Model‑Driven Applications, Power Automate, and Azure Cloud Services.
• Experience with Azure AD, Azure Storage, Azure Dev Ops, and Databricks.
• Expertise in secure integration architecture (OAuth, Entra , OBO, Conditional Access, MFA).

• Background working with public‑sector security, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting large‑scale modernization efforts in cloud‑first environments.
