NPO USA is looking for Help Desk Support Technician Job Details
- This position is for Canada.
- Candidate must be Canadian citizen or PR.
- Salary range $60k - $72K per annum.
- Direct hire only.
- 5 years of networking experience in an IT support role in managing Computer Systems.
- Hands‑on experience with networking and computing components and technologies such as Desktops, Laptops (Windows/MAC), Printers, AV Systems.
- Work hours standard 8h/day - 3 (THREE) days a week. The remaining 2 days from remote.
- Windows desktop engineer - End‑user support (local user onsite, then support of remote users, as part of a dedicated North America support team).
- Software support (MS Office) - installation and user support.
- Service requests & Incident via ticketing systems.
- Desktop/laptop/printer setup/config/replacement/troubleshooting.
- Working under pressure to achieve the team goals and targets on time.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with a wide variety of AV hardware, both current generation and legacy.
