We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer with strong expertise in People Soft administration and Dev Ops practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise applications, implementing automation, and building robust CI/CD pipelines to support our technology ecosystem.

• Administer, upgrade, implement, and provide ongoing support for People Soft applications.
• Configure and optimise People Soft Search and Insights features.
• Design and implement containerisation strategies for People Soft environments.
• Develop automation scripts using Ansible, Shell scripting, and Windows batch scripting.
• Build and maintain Dev Ops pipelines leveraging Azure Repos and related tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and operational excellence.

• Proven experience in People Soft administration, upgrades, implementation, and support.
• Hands‑on programming experience with Ansible, Python scripting, Shell scripting, and Windows batch scripting.
• Strong technical expertise in CI/CD pipeline development using Azure Repos.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to other Oracle products such as EBS, OFSAA, and OBIEE.
• Experience with Open Shift, Docker, Kubernetes, and containerisation using Podman.
• Familiarity with ETL tools such as IBM Data Stage.
