As a Senior Business & Data Analyst – Capital Management Technology, you will translate regulatory and capital requirements into executable technology delivery across treasury and capital platforms.

• Translate capital management rules into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
• Build and maintain data lineage, controls, and governance documentation.
• Lead data validation, reconciliation, and testing initiatives.
• Create end‑to‑end data and process flows.
• Use advanced SQL across large datasets.
• Deliver Agile artifacts using Jira and Confluence.

• 3+ years of experience in capital management or treasury technology.
• Advanced SQL and large dataset analysis.
• Experience translating business rules into requirements.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Experience with capital calculation engines.
• Familiarity with Axiom.
• Background in regulatory banking environments.

Hybrid role requiring three days per week on‑site at the client’s downtown Toronto office.

Base salary range: CAD 71,500 – CAD 102,000 annually. Eligible for performance-based bonus under Cognizant plans.
