As a Product Designer with a hybrid focus on UX and UI
, you will be a core contributor across UX architecture and visual design within a cross-functional product team in building enterprise AI solutions
. You'll champion user-centered design
, balancing complex business goals with seamless, intuitive, and accessible experiences. By contributing and evolving scalable design systems
, component libraries, and UI frameworks, you'll ensure consistency and efficiency across products, while applying inclusive design practices and usability standards throughout all product development cycles.

Your role bridges product strategy and wireframes with high-fidelity UI design and advanced prototyping. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and data teams to facilitate cross-functional alignment and continuous innovation. Focus Areas:

• Lead Experience & System Architecture: Define information architecture and scalable design systems that showcase innovation, ensure logical navigation, and support consistent, accessible user experiences.
• Synthesize Insights & Validate Solutions: Translate user research and data into actionable insights, rapidly prototype concepts, and validate solutions to inform both client outcomes and future design assets.
• Technical Alignment & Feasibility: Align design, engineering, and product teams to ensure technical feasibility, sustainable implementation, and scalable impact of complex user flows and UI components.
• Design & Deliver High-Quality Interfaces: Craft end-to-end UI flows
