Our client is looking for a Scrum Master with a Contract in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Onsite) below is the detailed requirement.

Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 9+Years of relevant experience .Is accountable for meeting Sprint objectives along with scrum teamEnsure meeting of sprint commitmentOwn and help resolve impediments of the teamHelp PO adopt Scrum Process properly and ensure PO availabilitySupport the PO in maintaining the Product Backlog, defining User Stories and Acceptance CriteriaFacilitate estimation, backlog refinement and all planning ceremoniesEnsure that DOR, DOD, Acceptance criteria is available and adhered toEnsure MoSCoW adherence of Sprint Backlog at the Sprint levelAccountable for the correct implementation of the Agile ProcessProtect the team from external interference.Facilitate technical assistance to the team and enables clear communication amongst the team membersParticipate in Scrum of Scrum across teams and highlights impedimentsProvide feedback on the team members performance to the Agile Line manager and Agile Program LeaderFacilitate all the Scrum Ceremonies (Planning, Daily Standup, Grooming, Demo, restrospection) and ensure correct adoptionEnsure updating of all Scrum artifactsEnsure ALM tool is updated on a daily basisAnalyse key Scrum metrics and take corrective actionsCreate competency improvement and cross-skilling plan for the team (by the start of the project). Review monthly and ensure improvement in competency score. Ensure multiskilling for at least 50% of the team.Help team attain stable velocity within 6-8 sprints (allowing for 10% variation either way)Train team on the proper adoption of Agile processes (Scrum / XP / Kanban)Help in adoption of engineering practices like ATDD, TDD, CI, CD, RefactoringRecord and own the restrospection actionsParticipate in community of practice initiativesProvide inputs to the Line manager for internal quality forums (QIC / APR / Q / M "
