Service Reliability Automation Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Service Reliability Automation Engineer with a strong background in automation and system reliability. Join our team to enhance operational processes and improve system efficiency using cutting-edge tools and technologies.

• Expertise in Ansible and Python for automation
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting
• Experience with Service Now, Dynatrace, and other monitoring tools like AIOps, Datadog, Splunk
• Knowledge of Informatica and Control-M
• Experience with CI/CD and Dev Ops practices
• Experience in Power Automate, Power BI tools

Nice-to-have skills but are not required:

• Experience in infrastructure configuration and automation using Terraform
• Familiarity with Soar Winds for incident management and monitoring
• Background in implementing automated monitoring and alert systems

• Design and maintain automation frameworks using Ansible and Python
• Automate integrations with tools for incident management and monitoring
• Automate batch processes using tools like Informatica and Control-M
