The Client Analytics team at Bond is responsible for the ‘last mile’ in analytics delivery. They use best-in-class analytical solutions to interpret the data and deliver insights that enable our clients to build stronger bonds with their customers. This team works directly with internal account consultants — and over time, with clients — to bring forward insight-driven business recommendations.
The Analyst will play a key role in supporting the development of customer-centric business and loyalty marketing strategies by gathering and analyzing data, building dashboards and reports, and contributing to recommendations that drive business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone early in their analytics career who has strong technical skills, curiosity, and the confidence to grow into a client-facing consultant.
Job Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline (business, computer science, engineering, statistics, math, or equivalent).
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a related field (internships, co-op, and project work count).
- Strong technical skills in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).
- Experience with data visualization in BI tools (Power
BI, Tableau). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Curiosity, initiative, and professional presence, with the ambition to develop into a client-facing consultant.
- Support analytics projects from start to finish under the guidance of senior team members: gather requirements, conduct analyses, help translate findings into insights, and prepare materials to communicate recommendations.
- Write efficient SQL and/or Python code to extract and analyze data from large, complex datasets.
- Design and maintain analytics reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power
BI, Tableau) to monitor key metrics. - Assist in conducting exploratory analyses to identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Apply structured problem-solving to ambiguous business questions, with support from senior analysts or consultants.
- Prepare clear and visually compelling communication materials in PowerPoint, BI tools, and Excel.
- Build foundational knowledge in marketing analytics, customer analytics, and loyalty analytics, including statistical testing, segmentation, and optimization techniques.
Compensation:
The expected base salary compensation for this role is $72,827 to $ 90,545 CAD annually.
