Test Data Manager

Position

Description:

This role follows a hybrid model, requiring on-site presence at the Downtown Toronto office and/or client office at least 1 day per week, subject to change based on business needs.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Salesforce Expertise

• Apply strong knowledge of Salesforce to support testing, validation, and data workflows.

• Leverage Salesforce platform understanding to analyze requirements and ensure high quality data integrations.

• Possession of a Salesforce Associate Certification is preferred.
ETL Quality Assurance

• Perform QA activities for ETL pipelines, including validating data transformations, mappings, and end to end data flows.

• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for ETL processes.

• Identify data issues, log defects accurately, and collaborate with engineering teams for resolution.
Cloud & Data Engineering Technologies

• Work with Azure, Databricks, and SQL to validate data processing logic and ensure system reliability.

• Execute SQL queries to perform data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.

• Support data processing workflows within Databricks and Azure data platforms.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an added advantage for supporting end to end data validation across marketing and CRM systems.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

1. Salesforce knowledge is must (better to have associate certificate)
2. ETL QA knowledge is must
3. Azure, Databricks, SQL (Salesforce Marketing cloud certification will be an added advantage)
