Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Service Now Developer to join large consulting client on a 6 month contract working fully remote in Canada working PST hours. The successful candidate will join a project to modernize it's workforce planning and employee movement process. Expertise in customizing HRSD modules, integrating SAP Success Factors using REST or SOAP, creating reports/dashboards, and supporting workforce-planning use cases is essential to succeed in this role.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years experience working in Service Now development roles for medium-large organizations

• 5+ years experience with Service Now HRSD development

• 5+ years experience with integrating SAP Success Factors using REST, SOAP, or Integration Hub

• Strong background building workflows, forms, dashboards, and complex HRSD configurations

• Strong communication skills both written and verbally

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Service Now certifications strongly preferred (CSA, HRSD certs, etc.)

• Experience with scenario‑style planning tools

• Employee Center / Employee Center Pro experience

• Experience in public sector environments
