Job Overview
We are seeking three experienced Information Security Analysts with strong expertise in Request Management and Centralized Access Governance within SailPoint.
The selected candidates will support stakeholder onboarding into the centralized access governance model, act as governance points of contact for escalations and exception management, manage intake processes for access-related requests, and ensure compliance with defined governance standards and processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate stakeholder engagement and onboarding into the centralized access governance model.
Serve as the governance point of contact for escalations, inquiries, and exception management.
Support intake management for access-related requests.
Ensure adherence to governance standards and centralized access processes.
Gather and document requirements to centralize access request workflows in SailPoint in collaboration with Lines of Business.
Define and implement request management frameworks aligned with access control standards.
Interpret internal and external business issues and recommend best-practice IAM solutions.
Establish governance metrics and reporting frameworks, including KPIs and KRIs.
Identify control improvements to enhance IAM maturity aligned with NIST standards.
Consult on regulatory compliance requirements, reporting, and audit inquiries.
Work closely with technology engineering teams to deliver Request Management features aligned with IAM strategic roadmap.
Strong experience with SailPoint Identity
IQ (IIQ) Request Management capability.Experience centralizing access request processes and workflows within SailPoint.
Proven background in IAM solutions, IT security controls, and business process development.
Experience driving feature enhancements and governance improvements in SailPoint IIQ.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Understanding of regulatory compliance and IAM governance frameworks.
