    About the role:

    The incumbent will serve as Data Analyst, Power BI developer within the Lab team and will work closely with the different squads (analytics, product and design) of our various brands.

    The ideal candidate demonstrates curiosity and proactivity using his expertise to contribute to the Lab’s objectives by developing dashboards monitoring the digital products performance. He or she will aim to integrate new data sources, set up automation processes and create new reports and dashboard as well as addressing ad hoc analysis requests.

    What you'll do here:

  • Act as a specialist in dashboards development and data pipelines, using tools such as Power BI (desktop and cloud), Power Query, Power Automate, basic SQL and advanced Excel.

  • Develop, produce and visualize data from multiple sources in the organization to provide a good overview of the Lab’s products performance.

  • Bring improvements and optimizations to dashboards on a regular basis considering the needs of internal customers.

  • Dig, format and validate new data sources that could benefit internal clients.

  • Ensure the quality of the data implementation.

  • Collaborate with different internal teams to ensure a common source of truth regarding the data showcased in the dashboards.

  • Respond to ad hoc data analysis requests.

  • What you bring to the table:

  • Passionate about digital, data and dashboarding.

  • Level of experience with Power BI: intermediate, advanced.

  • Master of Power BI, using DAX and Power Query.

  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel knowledge, Power Query, basic SQL knowledge.

  • Ability to manage large volumes of data, clean, integrate them into a dashboard and create appropriate visualization.

  • Establish refreshes and automated processes as much as possible.

  • Extremely strategic and creative in the integration and use of data.

  • Analytical mind, autonomous, organized and solution-oriented.

  • Ability to present innovative solutions for data integration and process optimization.

  • Aptitude/interest in data analysis.

  • Aptitude/interest in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, etc.) – an asset.

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
