In this role you will:
Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Commercial Card and Payables Automation programs to meet spend and financial targetsAssess client needs and recommend the most effective implementation approach.Build strong client relationships to support clear communication and issue resolution.Deliver effective client training on policies, processes, reporting, best practices, and provide ongoing support to maintain high satisfactionCollaborate with internal teams and third‑party providers to ensure smooth deliveryManage third‑party provider deliverables throughout implementation and post‑launch to ensure alignment with project goalsIdentify, escalate, and support resolution of product or process issues, ensuring client feedback is addressedFollow departmental procedures and maintain accurate, complete, and compliant documentationImprove cost efficiency through proper billing of chargeable services and timely closure of unused servicesDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? Experience working with Commercial Visa Card offerings is preferredMinimum 2+ years of project management experienceBilingualism in French is mandatoryCommercial Card, Payable Automation and TSYS experience is an assetStrong technical, analytical and organizational skillsMinimum 2 years previous Corporate or Commercial banking or business experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to work independently and meet strict deadlinesProject Management certification (PMP) and/or SCRUM is an assetWhat’s in it for you?
