We’re expanding our Digital Analytics capabilities and are looking for a Product Manager, Advanced Analytics to join our Tim Hortons team in Toronto. This role will focus on coordinating and executing engineering and analytics-driven initiatives that leverage machine learning (“ML”), artificial intelligence (“AI”) models, and data engineering to deliver actionable and measurable insights and business impact. As a Product Manager on the Advanced Analytics team for Tim Hortons, you will serve as the main connection point between data scientists & engineers and internal business partners.

You will lead the intake, evaluation, prioritization, delivery and maintenance of analytics and data engineering projects, ensure alignment on business objectives, and oversee execution to deliver high-quality outputs.

This role requires a balance of strong business acumen, solid technical understanding in the domain of ML / AI and data engineering, strong project management skills, and clear communication skills to translate analytical work into business outcomes. While this position collaborates closely with senior product leaders to shape long-term analytics strategy, its primary focus is on execution excellence, stakeholder alignment, and ensuring analytics solutions are effectively scoped, delivered, and adopted.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week out of our Toronto, ON location.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of advanced analytics (ML / AI) and data engineering requests from internal teams.
  • Manage and routinely update the roadmap for the advanced analytics and data engineering teams.
  • Translate business problems into clear requirements and ensure alignment between business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning and track progress across multiple analytics & engineering initiatives.
  • Support the deployment of machine learning models and data pipelines by aligning teams on objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Communicate roadmap & project status, milestones, and outcomes to internal stakeholders through regular updates and reports.
  • Ensure all projects have clear business objectives, well-defined deliverables, and measurable outputs.
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to validate models, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, analytics project management, or data-focused program coordination.
  • Understanding of data engineering, machine learning, and AI model development processes is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical work into business impact and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
