* The Role:

** Medcan is seeking an experienced
** Head of Business Analytics
** to play a pivotal role in empowering Medcanners to make evidence-based business decisions and succeed in our mission to enable people to Live Well, for Life. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead a highly visible team and partner with all business lines and leaders of the Company. Stakeholder collaboration: engage with business leaders, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their business objectives/drivers.

Translate business requirements into actionable analytical insights. Regularly present performance and data-driven recommendations to the business and executive team. Minimum 5 years experience leading Data Analytics teams

Hands-on coding expertise with BI reporting tools a must. Power BI experience preferred.

Working knowledge of Salesforce is highly preferred. EMR solutions are a plus. Exceptional leadership skills to build an enthusiastic and high-performing team.  Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills. Well practiced at bridging gaps between business leadership and technical teams. Comfort working in an entrepreneurial environment and leading the team to be agile (i.e. ability to reprioritize), when required, to support emerging business opportunities or issues.
