Note: To ensure eligibility for this project, applicants must be international freelancers. We are unable to hire people located in Vietnam, U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, or candidates currently residing in the U.S.

• Proficient in Vietnamese () – C2 CEFR
• Strong English (reading and writing)

We are seeking detail‑oriented Vietnamese speakers to join an AI LLM evaluation project. The work involves using specified AI chatbots in voice mode: start a conversation with a pre‑defined prompt, pursue the conversation goal, then rate the voice mode interaction. The entire conversation must occur in Vietnamese; the evaluation report must be written in English.

Participants will use their own smartphones to access the chatbot apps and their own laptops to complete the rating.

All work must be completed in accordance with the detailed guidelines provided upon acceptance. The workload may vary; no guaranteed minimum or maximum hours.

• Speak to the AI (voice mode on the mobile app), initiating conversation with the predefined prompt and pursuing the conversation goal.
• Rate the interaction on your laptop.
• Follow the provided instructions to achieve the task goals.
• Perform voice mode interactions and evaluations with accuracy, completeness, and quality.

• All participants must have, or be willing to create, an Upwork account. The project will be managed via Upwork.
• Adhere to confidentiality terms outlined in the Upwork User Agreement. Information accessed is confidential.
• Use your own devices (smartphone and laptop).
• Use your own smartphone and must be able to install the free chatbot apps.
• Have a Gmail account for project communication.
