We are hiring a Manager to join our growing Technology Services Group (TSG). This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on, driven consultant with experience in leading the delivery of technology‑enabled business solutions and managing project teams. • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology‑related consulting engagements across a variety of industries.
• Direct cross‑functional teams in delivering solutions within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Provide day‑to‑day direction, coaching and mentoring project teams. You will also be responsible for career management, professional development, and supporting employees through Optimus S ’s Career Development Program (CDP).
• Identify project risks and develop and implement mitigation plans.
• Participate in proposal development and sales support efforts, including identifying opportunities for client growth and managing change requests.
• Support internal practice development initiatives and contribute to Optimus S ’s knowledge base.
• Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus S .

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience, including previous technology delivery experience (e.g., software development, systems integration, infrastructure).
• Experience in a management consulting capacity is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leading technology project teams, with a solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with key technology trends, such as digital transformation, Dev Ops, cloud adoption, or data modernization.
• Strong people skills with a proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and mentor teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success managing client expectations and achieving high satisfaction levels.
• Highly organized, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑directed and adaptable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Brings an innovative and dynamic approach and strong work ethic.
