We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Solutions Architect to serve as the senior technical authority for architecting and guiding the delivery of production‑grade AI and machine learning capabilities across our enterprise AI platform.

This role is responsible for translating business and platform needs into scalable, secure, and observable AI system architectures, covering LLMs, agent‑based systems, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), inference pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and MLOps.

You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure that AI/ML solutions align with business objectives, technical requirements, and operational best practices.

• Own end‑to‑end solution architecture for enterprise AI/ML systems.
• Design scalable, modular, and secure architectures.
• Maintain architecture artifacts and standards.

• Design production LLM, RAG, and agent systems.
• Guide teams through architectural reviews.

• Define CI/CD pipelines for AI systems.
• Establish monitoring and KPIs.

• Embed privacy, security, and compliance controls.
• Define AI safety guardrails.

• Architect integrations and APIs.
• Ensure architectural decisions align with enterprise standards, security requirements, and best practices.

• Design solutions that integrate with internal and external systems using modern API‑first and event‑driven patterns.
• Collaborate with security and privacy stakeholders to ensure solutions meet authentication, authorization, data protection, and compliance requirements.
• Incorporate identity, access management, and data governance considerations into all architectural designs.

• Inform architecture decisions across cloud infrastructure, Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and platform services.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools that support long‑term platform scalability and reliability.
• Balance innovation with operational stability, performance, and cost efficiency.

• Translate business objectives into clear, actionable technical solutions.
• Communicate complex architectural concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Support client and internal leadership discussions by providing clear architectural options, trade‑offs, and recommendations.
