We’re looking for a Data Management Implementation Specialist to help organizations strengthen their data foundations and unlock the full value of their information assets. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis and technical delivery : you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure leading tools to enable effective metadata, master data, reference data, and data quality management.

• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into practical data management solutions.
• Design metadata structures, business rules, and lineage models to support governance and compliance.
• Configure and implement tools for master data management (MDM), reference data management (RDM), metadata cataloging, and data quality monitoring .
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation to guide ongoing data management practices.
• Support regulatory compliance efforts by ensuring data traceability, access controls, and audit readiness.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to support profiling, validation, and integration of enterprise data assets.
• Provide training, guidance, and user support to ensure adoption of data management tools and practices.
• Contribute to project planning, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality implementations.

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, metadata management, master data management, reference data management, or related fields.
• Strong SQL knowledge for profiling, querying, and validating data.
• Experience with leading data management platforms (e.g.,
  IBM, Microsoft Purview, Informatica, Collibra, or similar
  ).
• Solid business analysis skills — ability to capture requirements, document processes, and bridge business and technical needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

• Familiarity with data quality frameworks, lineage tools, and cloud-based governance solutions.
• Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, energy, government).
• Background in designing training materials and delivering user training.
