* Job Summary:

** As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable web solutions across our digital experience platforms. You will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the adoption of modern development practices. Your work will directly impact how users engage with our services online.

* Key Accountabilities:

**** Strategy & Planning
*** Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Analysts to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
* Estimate development efforts and contribute to project planning.
** Solution Delivery
*** Lead the design and development of full stack applications.
* Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms.
* Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
** Governance & Best Practices
*** Enforce architectural standards and development best practices.
* Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
* Drive CI/CD automation and release management processes.
** Support & Maintenance
*** Provide production support and troubleshoot issues within defined SLAs.
* Continuously improve development workflows and system performance.
** Education & Experience Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
* Seven (7+) years of experience in full stack development, including system integrations.
* Experience with cloud architecture, web services, and enterprise application design.
* Proficiency in Java, PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
* Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization.
* Familiarity with Dev Ops tools and CI/CD pipelines.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
** Compensation:
** The target hiring range for this position is $81,170.48 to $ with a maximum of $.Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
