Insight Global is looking to hire a BA/BSA to join an enterprise-wide project at one of the Big Banks. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of functional and technical skills, contributing to a transformative initiative in cash management, deposits, wires, and ACH money movement for USA/Canada. The role is located in Toronto, onsite 5 times a month, starting as a 6 month contract As a Business/Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on enhancing our cash management and payment systems.

- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications - Develop and maintain comprehensive waterfall and agile documentation of business processes and system functionalities - Conduct data analysis using SQL and Python (preferred) to support decision-making processes - Assist in the design and implementation of solutions related to cash management, deposits, wires, and ACH payments - Participate in testing and validation of new features and system enhancements -- Experience with payment rails, client onboarding, cash flow management, money movement (Wires, SWIFT, and ACH American Clearing House, EFTs, deposits, money movement , payments) - Experience with regulatory compliance and working with the regulatory teams to understand/document regulatory requirements inorder to do integrations such as AML,KYC etc

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 8+ years of experience as a BSA

- Experience with cash management implementations

- if using igtb intellect or finacle

- Experience with data Analysis & Reporting using SQL (must) and python (Plus)

- Familiarity with API integrations

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience with following technologies

• JSON:
Ability to read and write JSON to support data integration and API work.

• Python:
Foundational knowledge in Python for data manipulation and scripting tasks.
