IT Project Manager - III

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project management using Agile methodologies.

You will manage scope, budget, resources, quality, and risk, ensuring the successful execution of IT projects, particularly in software development and emerging technologies like GenAI.

This role requires strong leadership skills, Agile expertise, and hands-on experience with JIRA to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, track, and manage project budget, scope, timelines, and resources.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget using best practices in project management.
• Apply Agile methodologies and oversee software development life cycles.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and quality control.
• Define test plans and ensure all products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Lead cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, and business analysts.
• Motivate, coach, and mentor project teams to achieve their full potential.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and align project deliverables with business goals.
• Facilitate UAT and support rollout planning and execution.
• Communicate effectively with steering committees and executive sponsors.

• Ensure proper systems development and project management processes are followed.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and present findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and generate performance reports.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with JIRA.
• Proficiency in project management tools and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of data handling, privacy, and compliance standards.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Selection Process:

• Two interview rounds (virtual, with the camera on).
• Collaboration and communication skills will be assessed.
