Join us as the Manager, Enterprise Technology
, where you will lead the architecture, planning, implementation, and management of our global technology infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Infrastructure and Operations, you will ensure our network, cloud, computing platforms, and communications systems are secure, resilient, and scalable. In this high‑impact role, your leadership will enable enterprise‑wide digital transformation, support critical business objectives, and drive operational excellence across the organization.

• Develop and lead our global infrastructure strategy and technology roadmap.
• Oversee infrastructure operations to ensure reliability, high availability, and performance.
• Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, automation, and platform improvements.
• Strengthen infrastructure security and collaborate with cybersecurity teams on threat mitigation.
• Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing.
• Manage and mentor infrastructure and operations teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Build strong vendor and MSP partnerships; negotiate contracts and manage service performance.
• Oversee infrastructure budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and effective technology solutions.

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure leadership within complex, multi‑site environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), networking, architecture, and security.
• Proven success leading teams and large‑scale modernization or cloud migration initiatives.
• Experience in industrial or mining environments (IT + OT experience is a strong asset).

• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Azure, Cisco, or Forti Gate are highly valued.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead through change, develop talent, and build a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Strength in budgeting, vendor management, and prioritization under pressure.
