* User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
* Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to):
Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.
* Experience in managing multiple Salesforce Dev, QA and Pre-Prod and Prod environments.
* Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
* Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
* Configure Data Masking, Single sign on and DKIM keys.
* Configure and manage the Salesforce Managed Packages (Adobe, CRM-Analytics).
* Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.
* Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
* Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
* Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
* Monitor and improve user adoption, new user and ongoing user training.
* Writing Configuration & Technical documentation.
* Maintain strict adherence to Sanofi Patient Services standards and compliance requirements.
* Ensure all solutions comply with PHI (Protected Health Information) and PII (Personally Identifiable Information) regulations.
* Implement GDPR-compliant data handling, storage, and processing practices.
* Maintain patient data safety and privacy as the highest priority in all technical decisions.
* Participate in compliance audits and implement remediation actions as needed.
* Stay current with healthcare data regulations including HIPAA, GDPR, and other applicable standards.
* Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with (Salesforce Health Cloud or any Salesforce product)
* Trailhead Badges and/or Super Badges
* Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder
* Bachelor’s degree
