Perform data interrogation, exploratory analysis, dataset creation/revision, feature engineering, and reporting.
Ensure data harmonization across sources and maintain reusable, well-documented data assets.
Investigate data issues and processes within Claim Center and Policy Center configurations.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, analysts, and architects to deliver solutions and updates.
Contribute to new feature development, external data research, and provide feedback on emerging products/tools.
QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience in data analysis and insurance technology.
In-depth knowledge of US or Canadian P&C standard lines of business.
Advanced data profiling and statistical analysis capabilities.
Hands-on experience building datasets for predictive modeling.
Proficient in SQL
Solid understanding of P&C policy administration and claims processes.
Skilled in Excel and Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
Experience with dbt for data modeling and transformation.
Familiarity with NLP and other machine learning techniques.
Effective at communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Able to independently plan and execute projects with minimal oversight.
