About the Role
We’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing to lead the positioning and go-to-market strategy for Eco Online’s cross-product solutions and platform innovations.
As our portfolio expands, connecting our products into clear, outcome-driven solutions is critical to growth. In this role, you’ll define and drive the overarching Eco Online suite narrative, ensuring we articulate how our connected platform solves the most pressing challenges faced by our ideal customers.
You’ll operate at the intersection of Product, Sales and Marketing, shaping solution strategy, embedding buyer insight into decision-making and elevating how we bring multi-product innovations to market globally.
This is a high-impact, strategic role for someone who thinks in solutions rather than features and thrives in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own positioning and messaging for Eco Online’s cross-product solutions and connected platform innovations.
Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for multi-product bundles and platform-level launches.
Identify opportunities to package products to address high-priority market problems and accelerate multi-product sales growth.
Establish and lead a structured win/loss programme to embed voice-of-customer insight into GTM strategy.
Develop compelling solution narratives across the buyer journey, including case studies, presentations and sales enablement tools.
Enable Sales, Customer Success and Channel teams to articulate Eco Online’s platform value clearly and consistently.
Partner closely with Demand Generation, Product Management, Rev Ops and Commercial teams to ensure cohesive, high-impact launches.
Represent Eco Online at webinars and industry events as a subject matter expert.
What we're looking for:
Ideally you will come with 10+ years’ experience in B2B Product or Solution Marketing within enterprise SaaS (15+ years overall professional experience preferred).
