We’re building a high-performing, next-generation digital marketing function to support our evolving business. As Digital Marketing, Lead, Paid/CRM , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing how we activate go-to-market programs through paid and owned digital channels. You’ll sit at the heart of our Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence, working hand-in-hand with Product Marketing leaders to turn strategy into action—and results—across paid media and CRM.

You will partner with marketing teams to lead planning and execution, manage agency and platform relationships, and own our CRM operations. You’ll also guide the broader team on digital best practices and the application of AI and automation, helping to establish a marketing function that is modern, measurable, and forward-looking.

You’ll be responsible for:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Translate product marketing strategies into integrated CRM and media campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention for B2B and B2C audiences.

  • Help define the channel mix strategy across paid and owned channels to drive revenue and pipeline generation.

  • Define success metrics and measurement plans in partnership with analytics and Product Marketing teams.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership:

  • Act as a strategic partner to Product Marketing, guiding them through campaign planning, media activation, and CRM design.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, and Mar-tech teams to enable seamless campaign execution.

  • Represent the CRM and media perspective in integrated marketing planning and roadmap conversations

  • CRM & Lifecycle Leadership:

  • Support the development of lifecycle marketing programs across Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Help define segmentation, personalization, and trigger logic based on customer insights.

  • In partnership with Product Marketing, ensure CRM performance is optimized across journeys, creative, and messaging.

  • Paid Media Oversight:

  • Manage agency partners to deliver efficient and effective media performance across paid search, social, programmatic, and other digital channels.

  • Drive media innovation, including testing of new formats, platforms, and audience strategies.

  • Evaluate performance continuously and iterate campaigns to improve ROI and customer value.

  • Technology & Capability Building:

  • Champion the use of AI, automation, and advanced Mar-tech tools across campaigns.

  • Source and manage CRM tools and platforms in collaboration with IT/Martech teams.

  • Develop toolkits, playbooks, and training to scale best practices across the team

  • You bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with deep expertise in CRM, paid media, and marketing technology.
