The Role
You’ll help build the next version of a fast trading platform. This high-impact role gives you ownership of design, coding, and deployment, plus a say in key decisions on system speed and scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Build backend services and trading tools in Rust.
Create reliable links to exchanges and internal systems.
Keep code quality high with testing and reviews.
Solve tough performance issues like concurrency and streaming.
Work with traders to build strong, scalable solutions.

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of backend or systems engineering (Rust, C++, Go preferred)
Solid computer science skills and experience building scalable apps
Worked on fast, performance-critical systems
Know how to build with microservices and distributed systems
Bonus: experience or interest in trading or crypto
