Scrum MasterToronto, ON ( days onsite a week)Long Term ContractLead and coach teams in adopting Scrum theory and Agile practices.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Guide teams and product owners through Agile adoption and continuous improvement.Help remove obstacles to delivery and team success.Protect teams from distractions and interference that could delay business value delivery.Foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders.Monitor and improve Scrum processes and project progress.Resolve impediments in the development process.Ensure Scrum principles are correctly understood and applied.Facilitate collaboration with product owners and internal stakeholders.Provide consulting and analytical support to improve team performance.Support backlog delivery and sprint prioritization.Keep teams aligned with sprint goals and timelines.Apply Agile techniques to optimize workflow and delivery cadence.Wealth Management Experience is a must
