Growth Marketer & Paid Social Manager
Total Comp: $150k – $250k CAD (base + performance bonus)

We’re growing rapidly and we’re hiring a Growth Marketing & Paid Social Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition engine.
This is a hands-on leadership role
. You’ll manage and collaborate with a 10+ person marketing team, but you won’t sit on the sidelines. You’ll be hands-on across ad creatives, campaigns, and funnel optimization, with clear ownership to identify and fix growth bottlenecks and drive growth outcomes.
- Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta & Google with a direct-response focus
- Work closely with our creative team to test and iterate ad concepts and angles
- Identify and fix growth bottlenecks across the funnel — ads, landing pages, offers, email, and on-site experience
- Review and optimize landing pages and funnels to improve conversion rate, AOV, and contribution margin
- Own core growth KPIs (CAC, ROAS, AOV, MER, contribution margin) and drive them forward
- Unlock new growth opportunities by proactively surfacing growth problems and executing solutions without being told
- Paid campaigns are scaling profitably with a clear testing and learning cadence
- New creative angles have been identified and turned into repeatable winners
- Funnel improvements (landing pages, offers, email, or on-site) have driven measurable lifts in conversion and efficiency
- You’ve delivered noticeable improvements in contribution margin through scaling paid campaigns, website optimization, and funnel changes
- You’ve taken clear ownership of growth outcomes — not just ad accounts — and made the system more efficient
- 5+ years in performance marketing or growth with hands-on ownership of paid acquisition (Meta & Google)
- DTC or eCommerce experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of creative strategy and what makes a good direct response ad
- Comfortable diagnosing and fixing problems across the full funnel — not just inside ad accounts
- Data-driven and fluent in CAC, ROAS, AOV, MER, and contribution margin
- Takes ownership by default and executes without needing to be micromanaged
- Moves fast, prioritizes well, and is accountable for results
