• 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration, design, development, integration.
• 5+ years of experience integrating Siebel with Adobe AEM, J2EE, and related technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
• 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18, focusing on configuring and developing.
• Experience with Siebel tools, assignment manager, business rules, workflow, applets, views, screens, code/scripts, and related Siebel business layer objects.
• Experience editing Siebel web templates and using Siebel Open UI specific classes and methods.
• Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.
• Experience with Siebel Open UI architecture (physical model, presentation model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.
• Experience with UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, exposing Siebel in external application).
• Experience configuring Siebel migration application and administering Siebel Approval Manager.
• Report development skills – 35%; experience in OBIEE and Power
  
  BI report development.
• Working knowledge of Open UI concepts – PM, PR, manifest file, and mapping files.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to develop and present new ideas.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and proven ability to work effectively in teams.
• Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to aggressive timelines, and be adaptive to change.
• Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService is an asset.
• Experience with Grants Management is an asset.
