The Opportunity:
Postmedia is seeking a Digital Campaign Specialist to join our Programmatic Advertising team. If you’re passionate about online advertising, bring strong digital instincts, and are eager to learn, grow, this role could be a great fit. This associate‑level position is ideal for someone motivated to build a career in programmatic advertising, with a clear path toward becoming a Programmatic Trader.

What youe’ll do:
- Provide strategy recommendations and execute programmatic campaigns for different advertising goals such as website traffic, acquisition, video views, reach or remarketing with a strong focus on the right tactics and KPIs.
- Set up programmatic display, audio, video, You Tube, Connected TV, and digital out‑of‑home campaigns in DV360, Amazon DSP, Stack Adapt, and other demand‑side platforms, including campaign builds, audience creation, targeting setup, creative trafficking, and pixel implementation.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Programmatic Traders to drive campaign success and growth.
- Analyze performance data to create campaign reports and share insights that drive smarter decisions.
- Identify and resolve campaign, creative, and pixel‑related issues while providing clear solutions.
- Strengthen the company’s digital expertise by serving as a knowledgeable resource for internal teams.
Who you are:
- Post Secondary Education in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Finance, or Economics preferred.
- Strong organization skills & exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and deliver on deadlines.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a strong ability to take initiative.
- Strong interest in Paid Advertising and the evolving digital landscape.
- Experience working in marketing & digital media a strong asset.
- Knowledge of industry recognized technology platforms (i.e. ad-servers, DSP’s, DMP’s), Display and Video 360 & Campaign Manager 360 preferred.
- Must be proficient in MS Office particularly Excel.
