Network Engineer

About the Company
Our client, a successful Canadian company, is seeking to hire a Network Engineer for afull time hybrid position (3 days / week in the office).
About the Opportunity
This is a Networking position which will work with Cisco routers/switches (9200/9300 series) and Palo Alto firewalls (200-400 series).

The company has 17locations(one switch and onefirewallin each).

This person will be working on administration and configuration of networking equipment, working with a wide array of projects (e.g.they implemented

SDWanwithin Palo Alto, moved away from NPLS), VMWare NSXsdwannetworking in the datacenter through AWS outposts, etc.).

We are looking for candidates with good networking experience coming from small/midsize companies (wearing multiple hats, not too much red tape, faster turnaround on decisions, etc.).

We are looking for people who have created configurations, not just implemented something that others created.

About You

Experience with configuring/maintaining/installing CISCO routers/switches (preferably 9x00 series) - not just monitoring/supporting

Experience configuring/administering/policy management on Palo Alto firewalls - not just monitoring/supporting

Experience with SDWAN

Ability to commute to North York office 3 days per week

Salary Range
$100,000 - $105,000/year
