overview

canadian hearing services (chs) is seeking a motivated and hands-on marketing supervisor, digital marketing & campaigns to help bring our mission to life through impactful, multi-channel marketing.

in this role, you’ll plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns that build awareness and drive engagement across chs’s core services including hearing clinics, asl education, interpreting services, and accessibility products.

you’ll work across paid media, email, and web platforms, collaborating with internal teams and creative partners to deliver campaigns that drive measurable results and help make canada a more inclusive and accessible place for deaf and hard of hearing individuals.

what you’ll do
  • integrated campaigns
  • coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns for both b2c and b2b audiences.
  • support the development of campaign briefs, messaging, and creative assets.
  • maintain campaign calendars and timelines, track budgets and performance.
  • monitor kpis and flag optimization opportunities.
  • digital marketing & optimization
  • manage paid digital campaigns (google ads, meta, linkedin) and monitor performance.
  • update and optimize  and campaign landing pages to improve visibility and conversion.
  • support seo and analytics initiatives in collaboration with vendors.
  • participate in a/b testing and campaign performance reviews.
  • crm & email marketing
  • build and deploy campaigns using microsoft dynamics 365 customer insights.
  • manage segmentation, automations, and engagement tracking.
  • ensure casl compliance across all communications.
  • analytics & reporting
  • compile dashboards and campaign performance reports.
  • analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders.
  • work with brand & communications, service teams, and it to align messaging and timelines.
  • coordinate deliverables with agency and vendor partners to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • support continuous improvement of marketing workflows and campaign delivery.
who you are
  • 3–5 years’ experience executing digital campaigns across paid, email, and web channels.
  • skilled in google ads, meta ads manager, linkedin ads, and crm/automation tools (dynamics 365 or similar).
  • familiar with google analytics 4, tag manager, and cms tools (drupal or similar).
  • strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail and deadlines.
  • curious, data-driven, and eager to learn new tools and techniques.

salary range: $65,000–$69,000 per year
