Collaborating with the VP, Tech Strategy and transformation; you will bring analytical thinking and a desire to learn and enable the execution of Manulife’s digital customer leadership strategy. The position is well-suited for someone who enjoys change, adapts quickly, and is able to navigate independently through complex processes. * Position Responsibilities:

*** Support the development and execution of strategy through providing transparency into progress on strategic objectives in various formats and forums.
* Lead a small offshore team to drive the reporting and maintenance of financial and operational metrics; work with cross-functional teams to operationalize and maintain a comprehensive set of strategic and operations important metrics used to measure the success of our transformation and delivery
* Develop reports and increase thought leadership on technology trends, including partnering with Strategy Leads in other BUs and Functions.
* Support the learning and development approach and execution for GOMT team members by working closely with internal teams and vendors.
* Work closely with the Global Data Team on communications strategy and execution across teams, including leadership messaging for internal and external partners.
* Champion GOMT people engagement strategy design and execution, including the planning and implementation of global town halls, off-sites, team building workshops, conferences, etc.

* Required Qualifications:

*** Proven professional experience in strategy development, operating models, process engineering, change management, training, data analytics, including a post-secondary degree and/or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Computer Science program.
* Commercial and business sense to enable prioritization and strategic and fact based decision making.
* Strong influencing and collaboration skills.
* High level of proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, Power

BI, Co-Pilot, SharePoint, Viva Engage.
* Experience integrating business and technology teams.
* Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business- and value-focused language; a key requirement is to communicate clearly and consistently keeping collaborators well-informed of progress and challenges.
* Enthusiastic about people development, including team engagements, training, and development.
* Advanced change management, project management (agile and waterfall), talent and training strategy and analytical skills for a variety of tasks.
* Experienced in working with non-local team members from other global regions.
* Remains current with emerging technologies across contact centre technology, Mar Tech, GenAI, automation, etc.
* Must be willing to collaborate with teams in Asia in corresponding time zone.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and attention to details, along with comfort in assisting with administrative and reporting tasks as needed
* Prior experience in strategy, planning or consulting is an asset.
