Responsibilities- Minimum 4-5 yrs experience in Salesforce CRM functional testing with Leads, Prospects, Objects, Contacts, Accounts, Cases, Campaigns, Opportunities, Orders, Service entities, Reports
- Experience in Salesforce permissions, features, queues
- Worked on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Classic and Lightning Salesforce, AWS Connect, Call Center testing
- Experience in legacy web and mobile app testing
- Ability to write complex queries to perform data validations or set-up test data, SQL queries and Oracle DB
- Strong experience with minimum 6-8 yrs in SDLC, QA processes, create and execute QA test strategy and test plan, testing artifacts, QA best practices
- Perform risk assessment analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
- Extensive experience interacting with project stakeholders, business, vendors and raising timely risks reporting
- Experience in working on agile methodology
- Leverage QA software tools for defect management, regression, functional testing based on industry best practices like Jira and Confluence
- Very good communication skills, proactive and quick learner; previously worked as an individual contributor
