Responsibilities
- Collaborating with collaborators to determine and detail technical requirements.
- Providing tech-aligned requirements that align with the core Cosmos product.
- Leading the implementation of technology solutions to support capital markets operations.
- Conducting detailed analysis to identify and resolve system issues.
- Working closely with engineering teams to successfully implement client requirements.
- Continuously evaluating and improving processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Proven experience in the capital markets industry.
- Experience with OMS/portfolio platforms like Charles River, Black Rock Aladdin, or comparable systems.
- Strong understanding of technical requirements and the ability to translate them into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
