You Are

You are a crypto-native, commercially driven sales leader who thrives at the frontier of new technology and market creation. You are comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor, owning complex partner relationships end-to-end while working closely with executive leadership to turn innovation into adoption. As VP of Sales, CAD Digital (CADD), you will report directly to the EVP of Sales and play a critical role in activating our existing stablecoin partners, helping them launch concrete use cases and begin transacting, while also attracting and closing new strategic partners.

You bring a deep understanding of crypto markets, on-chain use cases, and how to sell solutions that don’t yet fit neatly into traditional categories. You are equal parts relationship builder, strategic thinker, and executor, with the credibility to work with sophisticated fintechs, crypto platforms, and financial institutions navigating the next wave of digital money.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner Activation & Revenue Enablement
    • Own commercial relationships with existing Tetra CADD partners, driving them from integration to live use cases and active transaction volumes.
    • Collaborate with partners to identify, design, and launch high-impact stablecoin use cases across payments, treasury, trading, settlement, and on-chain applications.
    • Remove commercial, operational, and adoption roadblocks to accelerate partner go-live and sustained usage.
  • New Partner Acquisition
    • Identify, prospect, and close new strategic partners for Tetra CADD, including crypto platforms, fintechs, payment providers, and other digital asset ecosystem participants.
    • Lead consultative sales conversations around emerging stablecoin use cases and business models.
    • Own the full partner sales lifecycle from first engagement through contracting and launch.
  • Market & Product Collaboration
    • Work closely with the EVP of Sales, product, engineering, and operations teams to align partner needs with product capabilities.
    • Provide direct market feedback to inform roadmap prioritization and future CADD use cases.
    • Stay ahead of trends in stable coins, DeFi, payments, tokenization, and on-chain finance to ensure Tetra CADD remains commercially competitive.
  • Strategic Representation
    • Represent Tetra in partner meetings, industry events, and ecosystem discussions with credibility and thought leadership.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to partners navigating regulatory, operational, and commercial considerations around stablecoin adoption.

Experience

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of sales, partnerships, or business development experience, with a strong emphasis on fintech, crypto, or emerging technology.
  • Deep familiarity with digital assets, stable coins, blockchain infrastructure, and on-chain use cases.
  • Proven success selling cutting-edge or first-of-their-kind solutions, especially in ambiguous or fast-evolving markets.
  • Experience working with crypto platforms, fintechs, payment companies, or financial institutions preferred.

  • Ability to translate technical and crypto-native concepts into clear commercial value.
