Job Description
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Program Lead – Growth & Execution to help drive traffic, conversion, and revenue in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce environment by organizing and executing digital marketing initiatives at scale.
This role combines digital marketing knowledge with strong project and program management skills. You will not be expected to be a deep specialist in every channel, but you must understand how growth is achieved in practice and how to coordinate the work required to support it.
Your focus will be on managing marketing programs, prioritizing initiatives, coordinating internal and external contributors, and improving execution processes so that marketing efforts are consistent, measurable, and scalable.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Program & Project Management
- Manage and coordinate multiple digital marketing initiatives simultaneously
- Translate marketing and growth priorities into clear plans, timelines, and tasks
- Track progress, dependencies, and completion across projects
- Ensure marketing work is executed reliably and on schedule
Growth & Digital Marketing Support
- Utilize DTC digital marketing expertise to prioritize tasks
- Support efforts to boost website traffic and conversion rates
- Aid in funnel optimization and campaign performance
- Identify low-impact activities and redirect focus to high-value projects
Creative & Asset Production Coordination
Coordinate (but do not necessarily produce):
- Paid advertising creative
- User-generated content (UGC) programs
- Social media content
- PR and outreach initiatives
- Website updates and landing pages
- SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO) projects
- PPC coordination across platforms (Google, Meta, Amazon, etc.)
- Branding and messaging initiatives
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Build and maintain marketing workflows and documentation
- Improve how marketing work is planned, executed, and reviewed
- Identify execution bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
- Help create repeatable, scalable marketing systems
Vendor & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate work with agencies, freelancers, and vendors
- Align contributors on priorities, deadlines, and expectations
- Maintain visibility and accountability across stakeholders
Requirements
- Hands-on experience working in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce environment
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, program management, or related roles
Practical understanding of:
- Digital marketing funnels
- Traffic acquisition strategies
- Conversion rate optimization
- Experience coordinating work across creative, technical, and marketing teams
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication and documentation abilities in English
Deep expertise in every channel (PPC, paid social, Amazon, HTML, etc.) is not required, but familiarity with how these areas work together in a DTC environment is essential.

Benefits
- Base Salary: CAD $85,000 - $110,000
- Performance Bonus:
Up to CAD $50,000, based on measurable outcomes such as:
- Traffic growth
- Conversion improvements
- Revenue impact
The bonus structure is designed to reward ownership, effectiveness, and consistent delivery.
