We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects across various departments. You will be responsible for managing resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and excels at leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project performance using tools like Gantt charts, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Manage project budgets, resource plans, and change requests.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, updates, and stakeholder communication.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and up to date.
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and process improvements.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience managing projects (preferably in [industry]).
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Smartsheet.
