A veteran Technical Leader. Someone the gets the technology and can also be a driver.Strong business acumen, ability to convey concepts, learning agility on technical platforms, a serious rudder in the water. Able to get to the nitty gritty on the technical while keeping an eye on the objectives and strategy. Mix of technical, business and program management acumen. Knows all the right questions to ask. They also need to be a very strong driver, as this is a void for us currently.Typically, an infrastructure/applications person who has had hands on leadership accountability for multiple domains e.g., Database, Data & Analytics, Authentication, Development, Applications, Integrations, Middleware.A technical leader Consider this person to be a blend of multiple Directors they currently have onboard including their head of Enterprise Architecture, Managed IT Services (the Ops side of IT), Integrated Program Delivery (the delivery of their transformational program), and Enterprise Systems (the sustainment of the solutions we are delivering as part of this transformation).An inspirational leader/pied piper people gravitate towards following them.
