In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of Accessibility Specialists, Service Designers, Experience Strategists, Content Designers, and Researchers in a creative and inclusive environment that values user-centered design. You will contribute to shaping engaging and intuitive digital experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms, with a strong focus on mobile applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to solve complex challenges, drive innovative solutions, and elevate the user experience across digital products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver digital experiences for B2C applications, with emphasis on mobile app design.
  • Lead the design process using exploration, user testing, and research to guide product roadmaps and experience improvements.
  • Apply and maintain a consistent design system across platforms; conduct regular audits to ensure adherence.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to integrate experience strategies into product development.
  • Produce high-quality design artifacts, such as wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes, while mentoring others in design best practices.
  • Conduct user testing, synthesize feedback, and refine designs to ensure user-centric and business-aligned solutions.
  • Champion initiatives that enhance product design quality and impact while aligning with company goals.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, design trends, and innovative UX methodologies.
Required Skills
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices.
  • Experience working with design systems and collaboration tools such as Mural and
  • Deep knowledge of the full digital product design process, including user validation, wire framing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visuals.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with accessibility standards such as WCAG and AODA.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products and services.
  • Understanding of technical constraints and best practices for designing across digital platforms (desktop, Android, iOS).
Soft Skills
  • Leadership experience managing design projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, enterprise, or digital agency environments.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent experience.
