Create effective, user friendly and visually appealing interfaces. Design the overall functionality of the product in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing. Design user interfaces for vSkills

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

• This role is part of a Hybrid Work Arrangement and resource(s) will be required to work a minimum of 2 days per week at 5700 Yonge St. or 2 Bloor Street West if they are located within 125 kms of either office location

• Experience in leading the design of complex digital services from concept to production
• Portfolio of recent work demonstrating UI/UX expertise in designing complex online services
• Expert knowledge of information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design processes, user experience principles
• Demonstrated experience developing key design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, clickable prototypes, presentations and reports
• Experience in conducting research, user research, usability testing
  
  Experience in designing online services to be accessible by default
• Proficient with design and prototyping software, digital collaboration and web conferencing tools

• 3+ years as UX designer
• Portfolio of recent work demonstrating UI/UX expertise in designing complex online services
• Demonstrated experience developing key design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, clickable prototypes, presentations and reports
• Proficient with design and prototyping software, digital collaboration and web conferencing tools
• Experience in leading the design of complex digital services from concept to production
