Aboutthe Role  Weareseekinga Senior Manager ,Professional Servicestoleadthesuccessfuldeliveryofcustomerimplementationprojectsforour Saa Splatform .Thisroleoverseesaportfolioofenterprise-levelonboardingengagements,ensuringthatclients—largelyfinancialinstitutions—experienceaseamless,predictable,andhigh-qualityimplementationthatacceleratestimetovalue.
The ideal candidate is an experienced delivery leader who combines strong project execution, client engagement, and people leadership. This role will manage a team responsible for day-to-day implementation work while also personally overseeing select strategic or complex projects. They will partner closely with Technical Solutions, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure delivery excellence and long-term adoption.

Key Responsibilities  1/Implementation&Delivery Leadership
Leadtheplanning,execution,andend-to-enddeliveryofenterprise

SaaSimplementationprojects,ensuringtimelines,scope,andqualityexpectationsareconsistentlymet.
Ownaportfolioofcustomerimplementations,providinghands-onoversightofhigh-profileorcomplexprojects.
Partner with Technical Solutionstoensuretechnicalsolutiondesignandclientintegrationsareexecutedeffectivelyandonschedule .
Ensuresmoothtransitionsfrom Salesto Professional Services and Customer Success ,supportingpredictableandhigh-qualitycustomerjourneys.
2/Client Engagement&Stakeholder Management
Serveastheprimarydeliveryleadforseniorclientstakeholders,buildingtrustedrelationshipsandensuringclearcommunicationthroughoutimplementation.
Manageprojectescalationsproactively,addressingissueswithasolution-orientedmindsetandcoordinatedinternalsupport.
Guideclientsthroughonboardingbestpractices,changemanagementconsiderations,andadoptionplanning.
Communicatestatus,progress,risks,anddependenciestoexecutive-levelstakeholdersbothinternallyandexternally.
Promotedisciplineduseofprojectmanagementtools,documentation,qualitycontrolsteps,andgovernancepractices.
Contributetocontinuousimprovementinitiatives,identifyinggapsandopportunitiestooptimizetheimplementationlifecycle.
Ensureprojectforecasting,capacity planning,andresourceallocationsupportsuccessfuldeliveryacrossallengagements.
4/Team Leadership&Development
Key Collaborations    Technical Solutions/Solutions Architecture –coordinationonscoping,integrations,data requirements,andtechnicaldependencies.
Headof Client Services   &  Chief Client Officer – aligning on delivery strategy, resource planning, and client health.
Qualifications   Depthofexperienceinprofessionalservices,implementationmanagement,ordeliveryleadershipina

SaaSorenterprisesoftwareenvironment.
Demonstratedsuccessleadingcomplex,multi-workstreamenterpriseimplementations,ideallywithfinancialinstitutionsorotherregulatedclients.
Excellentcommunicationandclientengagementabilities,withconfidenceworkingwithseniorexecutives.
Abilitytooperateinenvironmentswherenoteverythingisdocumented,applyingstructureandrigoreveninambiguity.
Familiarity with Saa Splatforms ,integrations,dataworkflows,andtechnicaldependencies(notexpectedtobeahands-onengineer).
