Toronto, ON (Onsite)Duration: + MonthsDaily Responsibilities:Own and deliver against product backlog in collaboration with scrum teamRun problem analysis, assess solution options, and document clear, actionable requirementsUnderstand business context, dependencies, and the impacts of the proposed change to people, processes, policies, and technologyElicit scope, define requirements scope and conduct impact analysisInfluence stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in and decisions at the program levelFacilitate cross-functional collaboration and maintain a culture of clarity; accountability, and shared understandingProvide guidance and structure for scrum team; ensure requirements and user stories meet quality standardsPresent product ideas, solicit feedback, negotiate trade-offs, and support decision-making with data and structured reasoningCommunicate effectively with Program Management, Business, Technology, and Vendor partners; build strong working relationshipsContribute to continuous improvement and strengthen product management practices within the teamMust Have
Skills:
-+ years of Product management and business analysis experience in a digital environmentStrong requirement gathering, process analysis and documentation skillsAbility to translate complex problems into clear product requirements and user storiesExperience working with agile teams and backlog management tools ( Jira, Confluence)Nice to have
Skills:
