QE Automation - Encompass

Sr. Quality Engineer QE (Encompass + UFT + Playwright)

Job Description:

The primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing, creating, and automating regression and end-to-end test cases for the Encompass application and Crossborder Banking projects.

• Performing dry runs of automated test cases, including test data setup, to ensure successful execution.

• Collaborating closely with onshore resources, application teams, and QE team members to clarify test case generation and test data requirements.

• Utilizing UFT for automation, as well as Playwright for UI automation and Postman for API automation.

• Leveraging Git Hub Copilot and AI agents as needed to enhance productivity and code quality.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as an SDET or similar QE automation role.

• Strong hands-on expertise in UFT automation.

• Experience with Playwright automation and API automation using Postman.

• Solid understanding of test data management and test case design.

• Ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams and communicate effectively.

• Familiarity with using Git Hub Copilot and AI tools for automation tasks.

• Technical proficiency in relevant programming/scripting languages.
